It is such a player - [Tier4] Jean, terribly annoying guy, every time offends other players provoking them to pointless conversations. In my opinion we dont need this type of players on the server and this is not just my opinion - So request to ypu Para - can you ban him forever. That guy is just too stupid.

I honestly don't think that issuing a permanent IP-ban on someone that's being toxic in his/her behaviour is a justified banishment.
The most fair decision to make is to give him a warning, and if he keeps insulting people he should/could get a temporary ban for a week or two.

If he has somewhat knowledge about IPs, he could easily bypass the banishment though. Only an IP-range ban would be efficient enough, and even then he could connect to the server via a proxy or VPS.

I have noticed. I won't permanent ban him right away of course, but I will keep an eye out.

don't really care about his trashtalk but he abuses callvote bug with /reconnect and crashed the server by forcing q3dm0
