noob#1 cancelled and DRUMMER asked if he could play. As the tournament only started 2 days ago I am going to allow him to play in his place.
However, because he is a few days late. If a match can't be scheduled in time the win will automatically go to the person did sign up in time.
I know this isn't very professional but I expect everybody to realize this is only a friendly/fun tournament so I hope it won't cause any trouble.

You have to negotiate the time yourself with your opponent.
Just say in the topics when you are available to play and they will reply.

Also mention what timezone you are in http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/
example: I can play between 7 and 10 in weekends, your_city time

or if you see a player of your group in the server and you want to play at that time. but on the forum you can arrange it properly.
